The cabins consist of either two or three bedrooms with a double bed in each, a kitchen area, living room & washroom with toilet and sink. Sunset and Roadside have their own showers.

A shower house in available for all our guests. You are provided with a key at check-in.

Kitchens are supplied with glasses, plates and cutlery. Bed linens are not supplied. Please bring whatever items you need to make your stay more comfortable. If you need something please let us know and we will be glad to help.

We require a $150.00 deposit. We also require a $50.00 cleaning deposit the day of arrival. A confirmation will be mailed out upon receipt of deposit.

Prices include all applicable taxes.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm on the first day of your stay with us. Checkout time is at 11:00 am on your last day of your stay with us. Our weeks start on Saturday and end the following Saturday.

We DO NOT ALLOW PETS at Sand & Surf. The Wasaga Beach Conservation Authority do not allow pets on this beach or in the water, the conservation authority will fine the pet owners. If you do bring your pets you will be asked to leave. Please make arrangements with your friends or your local kennels for the safety and well being of your pets during your vacation.

For the consideration of all of our other guests you are asked to turn down your music down by 11:00 pm.

We ask that there are no over night visitors.

There are to be NO FIRES at anytime unless it is in a BBQ.
