Sand and Surf Cottages is located on the shores of Georgian Bay and is just minutes away from the Wasaga Beach main strip, Provincial Park area 1 and 2 and 20 minutes from Collingwood. Sand and Surf has been family owned and operated for the past 25 years by Mary and Leo D'Angelo. Mary and Leo D'Angelo along with their children have taken great pride in owning and running Sand and Surf.

Sand and Surf was originally built in the early 50's. The front cabin originally operated as a teahouse where people enjoyed a great view of the waterfront. This building was converted into two cottages, these cabins are now known as Surfside and Bayside, and they still have an amazing view of sunsets and the beach.

Our cabins are not numbered but instead have been given distinct names, which adds a unique character to each cabin. We take pride in our clean and well-maintained cabins. The families that stay with us have been coming back year after year. We offer a safe place for you and your family to enjoy a fun filled and relaxing vacation that brings you back to a simpler time.

Sand and Surf welcomes everyone to share in our family resort. We open the first week in July and close on the Labour Day weekend. We are also available off peak times for large groups (10 cabins or more) and the Victoria Day weekend.
